@@guts7925 Nah, the English intro version is better, and was custom made for Yakuza 0's localization (and since all the other custom songs in the soundtrack is killer the special-made opening is just as good ), but that's not me saying that Bubble isn't good. Just comes with licensing music.

I'm actually in the process of playing through the series now (currently at 5) and I'd say that even if 0 is currently my favorite all the games have strong points of their own (yes, even 3). 0, 1 and 2 are in my mind a really strong 'trilogy'. I am also enjoying 5 a whole lot (been playing for almost 30 hours). The story is absurdly slow-paced but for some reason I don't mind. I think they found a nice balance where the slow pace doesn't feel boring but just... chill.

I haven't played Zero, but Kiwami gave me such a nostalgia rush. I played Yakuza 1 on the PS2 housesitting for a friend over spring break in college. I spent that week drinking, playing Yakuza, and trying to study the Cuban Missile Crisis.
I've never watched any of Pat's or the dead channel's Yakuza playthroughs, but after hearing that all the Yakuza games will soon be on Steam, I'm counting on Woolie to get me interested!
I always found it funny whoever else Kiryus VA also voices. Because, besides voicing a cran in Thomas the Tank-Engine, he also voiced the mascot character Jibanyan in the grim-dark sequel to Yokai-Watch named "Yokai-Watch: darkside". Imagine a early Image-comics style re-design of Pikachu with Kiryus voice. Yes, That's real.

The intro here wasn't the orginal. The theme in the Japanese version "Bubble" is even better. I'd recommend having a look at that too.
