I'm glad Nick took Sand's advice seriously and chose himself before selflessly loving Boston who can't commit to him like he does. You go Nick! You are doing great!
Glad Nick realized that...Being single isn't as sad and bad as people think...you get to have time to focus on so many other things in life...
Nick chose peace of mind over drama he realized he can never change Boston no matter how much he loved him that was so good for the first time in a series I felt happy for two people not ending up together.
Nick and Sand’s friendship in this is one of my favorite things!

Nick truly cared, understood, and loved Boston the way he was to the end. He just finally realized it’s not the way he needed to be loved. Such a realistic ending to their story, I’m upset they didn’t get a happy ending but it ended how it was suppose to and I loved it! Mark and Neo really out did themselves this series! They are always good but they put it all on the line for this one! GMMTV needs to give them another series ASAP!

I'm so happy for Nick. Self love isn't always easy, but it's the best thing we can do for ourselves. ❤ Boston took Nick (and his feelings) for granted, just like the gang's friendship. Also, props to Mew for understanding that forgiveness _isn't_ necessarily about keeping those people in your life. Forgive, don't forget, and don't take them back.
sand is my favourite character in this series , he is good son ,good friend and good boyfriend too . throughout the series the only couple i was really for is sand and ray they really have some great chemistry

Love Mixx's cameo at the end and how Nick choose himself even though I thought he would ended up with Boston or Dan at the end!!! The cast were amazing and stunning at their roles. I loved not only Khao tung and First's chemistry but also how real their characters were. Neo and Mark had surprisingly Great chemistry and I would love to see them in more shows together! The cameos were brilliant and so fun to see! 😄
With Mixxiw it will be like an episode of Safehouse where everyone wants to cuddle, pet and feed Mixxiw. He will mess with the pairs with his allure!

I'm satisfied with the ending. Lowkey sad for Boston (i think it's because it's Neo who portrays the character tho), but he definitely deserves it. And I'm so proud of Nick. He finally learn to value his worth. Lastly, Mixxiw's cameo surprised me.

@@timothy4342Mixx is looking at Mew (Book) in that particular scene. The way he directly looked only at Mew while asking if he can be friends with him with that subtle flirty look and smile. Top qucikly caught it and so he looked skeptically at Mixx and notice he was aiming for his bf (Mew). He got slightly anxious with Mixx's reaction but Mew was clueless and only gave him his cutest bunny like smile.

Wow it’s the ending of an era. I can’t even express how AMAZING this series was!!! I love the fact that Nick stood up for himself and shut down Ton. I cried for Ton when he was left all alone, but there are consequences for your actions, and he needed to understand that. Good on Nick for wanting to love himself more!!! Also Sand and Ray’s relationship ending the way it did was just pure magic. These actors all brought these characters to life, and it was phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better cast. ALSO WHY IS MIX IN THE END OMG hahahaha that was amazing. 😂😂😂❤❤❤ Thank you to the whole team who worked on this, it is a literal masterpiece!!! It really showed how real relationships and feelings work, and that not everything can have a happy ending. Thank you!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤
I couldn't agree more!!! I yelled oh shit and oh damn so Manny times, I think my neighbors might thinking something is wrong. But I cried at the end when Nick wouldn't kiss Ton for New Year and when he rejected his offer and left him sitting there...but I agree actions have consequences. I cried at the end too because the way they ended with Ray and Sand was just perfect...sitting in Ray's car with the top down listening to music and looking at the sky after a very passionate kiss.

The frustration Neo/Boston showed at Nick's refusals was spectacular., irreproachable. I was already a big fan of his comedic performances. I didn't suspect he was a dramatic actor of that stature. He delivered the best performance in the series, being a wicked villain and calling out the scam when the bill arrived for him.
top and mew are my fav couple (from this series and from boss and a babe) after uea and king from bed friends and top will be getting jelly too many times cus mew too cute lol
I want to applaud FORCEBOOK for their outstanding performance in this series...they really really improved a LOT...awesome guys...and FirstKhao are literally match made in heaven...literally their casting was the BEST decision of GMMTV and Neo and ...I never thought we could see him in this new character...because of his previous loyal characters...KUDOS team each and everyone...Mark played really well...like I cant even mention EVERY DETAIL ..this was JUST AWESOME!!!!!!!

I'm so proud of Forcebook. They gave life to Top and Mew so amazingly well, I love all the details they added to their characters, the emotions, the looks, the gestures, everything was on point, I loved Mew since the first episode, he is my favorite but Top's character development is the one that has stood out the most of all even with the deleted scene and thanks to the way Force portrayed him. And I'm so glad and again proud of them for the simple fact of playing a risky couple on a moral level and far from what has been done so far in this genre here and everything that that has unfortunately entailed. My biggest congratulations to Force and Book.

This show has been an EVENT. Complex characters, intelligent writing, killer acting, intensity, unashamed sexuality, incredible music and so much creativity. I’ve loved it all and MIX showing up, my love, at the end. Good god. Give me a season 2.

Hace dos días encontré una escena del capítulo dos por instagram, y corrí a buscar el nombre para poder toparme con esto. No puedo explicar lo mucho que amé esta serie. Los personajes tan bien escritos, el drama bien ejecutado, ¡y ni hablar del elenco tan maravilloso! Todos aquí me hicieron reír, llorar, enojarme y al final, dejan un mensaje tan emotivo sobre el amor propio y el seguir adelante.
Nunca una serie me había atrapado tanto como Only Friends lo hizo, y de verdad, desde el fondo de mi alma, agradezco que lo haya hecho. Gracias a todos los que trabajaron en este proyecto y pusieron su corazón en él, el esfuerzo y la dedicación puede notarse a simple vista.
Llevaré por siempre todas estas emociones. ¡Incluso el nuevo personaje luce genial! No puedo evitar reírme al saber que su línea "Entonces, ¿puedo ser tu amigo también?" es la misma que Top dijo cuando conoció al resto, en especial a Mew.
¡No puedo esperar a la próxima temporada! ¡Sigan haciendo un trabajo tan maravilloso!

All in all, I’m pretty happy with this mess called Only Friends. We’ve waited for months on end and GMMTV delivered. We cried, we laughed, we fought in the comments, and we had fun. Thanks to the cast, the crew, and to everyone who gathered on Saturdays together to watch this show. I’ll miss it, but I’m ready for whatever’s next. P.S. GMMTV, please give NeoMark their own series because they seriously deserve it!

This series really marks a shift in gmmtv's creative direction. This is pivotal and it was executed so so well, I'm amazed, shook, in love all at the same time
Gmm been making consistently decent to good series lately. Dangerous romance is airing along side OF but doesn’t compromise in quality at all. Hopefully they stop producing filler series just for the sake of it.
Me gusto como terminaron las cosas y como cada personaje fue evolucionando, sobre todo Nick que se eligió primero a él mismo antes que Ton y decidió amarse antes que amar a otra persona, mi pareja favorita definitivamente fue SandRay, ellos le dieron luz a la serie y fue el motivo por la que la seguí viendo, tuvo buen final, no fue tan extravagante, fue simple pero bonito

i wanna praise every single person that worked on this but especially first, khao, and mark. the way they made me cry and feel everything so deeply is remarkable. nick is one of the deepest characters i've seen in a while, and sandray just... i wish we could give firstkhao all the awards for them. they've always delivered big time for me, but these characters were pure perfection. thank you all for creating a show that took such a big part of my days, i'll always remember it as the big legend of raw and realistic shows
Nah Only Friends was simply amazing. It was perfectly cast and the directors did an amazing jobs. All the actors did well too. Khaotung and First really killed their roles as Ray and Sand. Loved everything about them. An amazing amazing series. Hope they get awards!!!!!!
I had turned my back on Thai BL for Japan, but I am back now baby. Excellent show. No one does it like the Thai. GMMTV especially. Thank you to all the cast and crew.

Ok, but seriously I cried so bad when Ray and Sand where sitting in the car talking about their future how they want to rename the brand. It was so cute and romantic - I coulnd't stop myself from crying.
Also the NC scene from Top and Mew was hot! It looked really nice with the bookshelf and the light in the background!
I felt so bad for Boston again - how he was sitting there at the end all by himself but it was also realistic. I understand Nick and I love that he found his way or his goal. You should love yourself before you love someone else otherwise this person will become your life and anker, so once this person is not their anymore you will feel lost. I liked how he talked to Boston and made sure that he was clear that this was not to pick on him but that it was just not the right thing for Nick. He learned from Boston how to be honest and communicate what he wants.
I loved this show so much. This was beyond perfect in my opinion. I loved each character and their journey. Everything felt rich, be it the story, the camera angles, the music - it all fit together perfectly. This will be in my top 3 BL's for sure! Thank you everyone for creating this masterpiece. I will start re-watchign it as soon as my tiers have dried lol

I like how everyone was ready to see Mix as Sand's ex, but also wanted to have someone unexpected that will make them go "wow!" Which happened. But then they also gave us Mix too! This is so cool. 😁

what a show. what charecters. one of the sauciest, most fun BLs i have ever seen. i will literally never forget the Sand Top in the car scene. the transformation mew had from a softie to a bad boy in the middle. the ups and downs and the highs and lows of the insane relationship that ray and sand had. nick and boston being our toxic couple, all the red flags in this show, me being obsessed with top's veins always. and literally every single charecter kissing 4 people minimum lol. making charts/diagrams connecting who kissed who in school with my friend, freaking out over new episodes, watching during lunch, started on idk september 2023 ended on december 7th. what a rollercoaster. i loved it. ill cherish it always
if this show doesn’t get a season 2 then idk what to say. they’ve developed this show in such a way that the possibilities are endless for where they could go. I’ve enjoyed tuning in and every week & seeing what was going to unfold next & I would love to just see a show of friends just thriving in their lives and YOU CANT HAVE MY BABY MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PERSON EVER MIX SHOW UP AT THE END LIKE THAT AND NOT COME BACK TO CONTINUE THE STORY!!! so I’ll take this as a goodbye for now & we’ll see you again soon. thank you FirstKhao, ForceBook, NeoMark, you’ve all done well. I can how they set it up for a season two with last scene as well. So hopefully it does get a green light for a second season.

When Nick walked away from Ton, it didn't feel sad because inwardly I was so happy for him that he chose his self-dignity and pride over Ton. In MDL, many were unhappy with how Ton and Nick didn't end up together. But, for me, it is the perfect ending though I felt Dan should have gotten a chance at the end and we get to see DanNick happy together at the hostel. Of course, I didn't expect Nick to start on a relationship before healing himself...but I just wished...he deserved his own happy ending too. But, people rooting for TonNick should look this in Nick's POV. Imagine you love someone like Ton and when he asks for the millionth chance to be your lover forever, will you give him that chance after all the suffering?
When Mix entered, I screamed so much that my next door neighbour freaked out. Mix's visuals, the way he looked at Mew the same way Top looked at Mew on the first episode and even asked the same "Can I be your friend?" question...deja vu indeed. Even Top sensed something's going on...and then the Only Friends bgm...which means there are more mess in store for them.
*FUN FACT 1:* I don't know whether GMMTV did it intentionally or it was a mistake but hear me out. You know the intro right, the one where all the cast names come with the iconic Only Friends bgm...check the intro carefully...or you can check the EP12 1/4 7:21 for your convenience... FirstKhaotung is shown, followed by ForceBook, and then follows the single shots of all six leads. Basically, the other two couples had equal number of shots where they are together, but for NeoMark alone there will be one less shot. I guess it was GMMTV's way of telling the audience that TonNick isn't happening.
*FUN FACT 2:* Just a minute, did I just watch an entire series with no product placements and no ads? Are GMMTV changing their marketing strategy? Anyways, I love Thai ads but the products placements at odd situations always annoyed me a bit so I am glad that there was none here. And I wish GMMTV keeps up with this in all future projects.
Finally, each and every main lead had outperformed himself for this series. Everybody did an amazing job. I am literally speechless on how each of the actor have evolved from their past roles and I feel proud of them. I loved this series so much and I am gonna miss everyone especially my comfort couple SandRay. Thank you GMMTV, cast, crew and everyone behind the scene who worked hard for creating this series. I absolutely enjoyed the bumpy ride and I look forwards to more diverse series. Thank you and meet y'all in another comment section.
This was a great ending, loved the mixed emotions everyone went through and finally found peace. Sand and Ray, roaming the city listening to music is literally couple goals ❤. A big cheers to Nick to finally get away from a toxic relationship. People shouldn't lose their self worth in exchange for a toxic relationship. Great execution.. Gonna miss seeing these guys together.

My thoughts on Only Friends is that it was so messy (in a good way).
First lets talk about sandray's chemistry. Off the freaking chains. The toxicness was there (obviously) but i loved that they became better as they went. They had there ups and downs ( alot of downs). The smoke kiss was ny favorite in the whole show! Khaotung really outdid himself with the emotional scenes it made me cry alot. Sand also outdone himself with the breaking down scene after ray thought that he was only making him do rehab for money. I loved their cute moments. The kisses were also spot on. SandRay is my favorite couple through out the whole show, i enjoyed their moments and hope for more series with them
Now for ForceBook, A-Fucking-mazing! The chemistry was spot on. I loved the Scene where Mew seduced Top and played the the video of him and boston. He was so badass. I thought that there would be no hope for TopMew and when he dated ray i really had no hope but im glad it worked out in the end. I'm also glad that Mew made Top work to gain his Love back. The sweet moments in the last few episodes where Amazing. I also hope to see another series with them.
NeoMark. I wish for them to have their own series 😩! The scene in bed was 😫. I loved their chemistry so much. They're my second favorite couple in the series. I was so sad when Boston and Nick didn't work out but I'm also glad. Nick has every right to not wanna be with him after he first hurt him, he still loved him and got hurt again, and then Boston proceeded to cheat on him. You have to love yourself before you love anyone else. Nick chose to love himself and wants the best for himself. Boston and Nick had the most toxicness in the whole series (Mostly Boston). If Boston wasn't such an asshole they would've worked out. I believed that Boston wanted to change but i knew it was too good to be true 😭. The kisses were so hot though 👀. I hope for more with NeoMark.
Now lemme tell you why it's so messy. First Boston introduced Mew to a guy (Top) like any friend would. First of all if you slept with this person your introducing to your friend, isn't that weird 🤔? Then you proceed to sleep with him while your friend is dating him ain't that messy and weird? Why you introduced him if you still like him? Confusion? Boston and Top new what they were doing, they were sober and in their right minds. Sure, it was wrong of Nick to record it, but wouldn't Mew have found out anyway? Mew is hella intelligent. It it shown throughout the whole series. Ray (Mew's best friend) finds out through Sand (Nick friend) and things escalate through there. Ray then proceeds to expose everyone (Which was hella funny and messy btw) and Mew punched him. Even though Mew knew he wanted to handle it on his own. After everything that night. Boston goes to the Hostel, Mew and Boston argue and starts banging (which i found funny also). Two best friends fighting ain't that messy 😂? Mew pushed Boston into the pool, jumps in and starts banging again! After all that, Ray and Mew starts dating (im dumbfounded). Them dating wasn't going to work anyway with Ray being an addict and offering mew drugs (getting him high and drunk) not to mention almost getting arrested (im not critizing, just trying to make a point). If you love Mew why give him things that will harm him? Make it make sense. And then eveything going in a circle Boston kissing Top, Top kissing Mew, Mew kissing ray, Ray kissing Sand, Sand kissing Nick, and nick kissing boston. I'm just perplexed with everything. And then a random ass side character (boeing) fucking up every relationship in the damn series. This whole series is just 😂. And then ray drunk driving is just 😭. Then Boston is literally just 🙄. And Sand just trying to live his life not being in anyone's business. I love this series.

ARHHH this series is so iconic! Maybe others might say it's overrated in the future, but us who waited every week to get on episode of this knows how amazing this series is!!😭 I screamed when I saw Mix!😭 The ending was perfect everyone had their amazing happy endings!💌
forcebook did an amazing job in this series, I wish the fandom and the editors had appreciated them more but I'm glad they got the experience and showed off their skills

This is one of the best bl series I’ve seen recently they chemistry between each couple was amazing the storyline was so interesting I love each couple endings and mix making an appearance at the end was just the cherry on top to a superb series well done to everyone who worked so hard to make this series

The best couple is TopMew. They really showed what it means when you get hurt, when you are in pain and want the other person to hurt as well. They showed us how you can love someone even after betrayal and that if they wanted to, a person can change. They showed the power of love and the hatred of betrayal. No one can possibly understand what pain Mew felt unless they had gone through it himself, and yet he still gave Top a second chance. It's something I know I would never be able to do, but seeing someone be the better person who chooses to trust again is heartwarming. In all honesty, Boeing needs to go and do what Nick is doing. Learn to love himself again. He is clearly such a broken down man. 😊
Yes, I agree.✌🏻 My opinion in this series, only TopMew is true love, and the other couples choose the one who loves them because they can't get the one they love.

Congratulations to everyone who worked on Only Friends. The productions value, the music, storytelling, aesthetic, acting and just everything was perfect and I couldn't get enough of it from start to finish. I waited patiently every Saturday for this show and now I'm sad to see it end!
This series will be remembered in my mind forever, I'm so glad I watched it, the acting was top tier as the casting was so amazing and everyone really nailed their roles, every emotions were so well portrayed, the music was so right everytime, the cinematography was so beautiful; thanks to each wonderful person who brought such an amazing series with meaningful messages and great from beginning to end, an absolute masterpiece it is !
WHAT A WILD RIDE IT WAS!! just can’t stress enough about the cast n film crew, they deserve all the love n attention. I knew firstkhao n forceboo but i am introduced to mark and neo for the first time. What a promising young actors they are. And my huge congratulations to GMTV for putting out such a refined series, always thriving and gettin better at what they do. Bad buddies, not me and now this, all master pieces❤

loved this series sm. especially all the relationship dynamics and problems. nick letting Boston go towards the end and asking Boston to be true to himself was just beautiful. there is so much understanding and sensitivity in that scene even if it was brief. thank you for putting in so many problematic characters here for showing us that sometimes people become hard to love because they know no better

This is the perfect ending for everyone! TopMew, SandRay, CheumApril, Nick (learning to love himself) and Boston (all by himself because clearly he can't commit). This series was a masterpiece, and I want to express my gratitude to GMMTV and the entire cast for giving us such an amazing show. Now, I can't help but hold onto hope for a series featuring Mark and Neo with a heartwarming, happy ending. I'm still eagerly waiting for a series starring First and Khaotung as well 🤍😭

Thank you so much then thanks to all the actors who did such an amazing job, the storyline, and how they played, each character hooked me up that I finished watching it in 2 days. Everything was so perfect that I would love to watch another series with the same cast ❤
In this episode, we can see Khaotung's another weapon - interpreting the fierce emotion in your face. And Mark showed his own recipe of epic acting skills, delivering the complicated, deep in heart pain and strength, wrapped under his cute face. What a perfect way to end this epic, firey, not-typical series!
