As for the car washes, they do go hand in hand with gas stations and they are the self serve kind that dont come as frequent anymore. Choosing to focus on the great restaurants and shopping that will hopefully come to the area as i live near there and don't have many options super close by

You skipped right past the new Catholic Church? I just flew out, and on my way to the airport I saw a sign for a new Catholic Church right before Staheli Farm.

That sign for the new Catholic church has been there I believe for more than 10 years. It would be great to have it come to fruition.

It's been there a long time and haven't heard any news on it since the signs went in. So it wasn't included
