I find the Minakaze rework to be broken. I found a combo using ONLY the bloodline (plus 1 knockaway move in the middle) that does 300k+ and is inescapable because the Minakaze moves will just teleport the user to the person who tried to vanish away.
im expecting to be the most broken skills. kerada 1st skill and acid 4th Kerada 1st -18 sec cooldown -Cant be Countered -Shield Break -Disable enemy movement and attack -Good Combo Starter Acid 4th -Instant cast -Block Bypass -Good Combo starter -Iframe -no gcd
You didnt factor in the fact that happys only advantage is the tailed beast summon Sparkys z is better(it can bypass block ans start combos) Sparkys q is better(interms of the actual ability) Sparky summon gets very close to happy because of the stun
My favorite tp counter would probably be doku tengoku counter. This is because it restores the chi you used to use the counter and it takes it from the person who hit you.
I'm kinda surprised dio senko blade isn't here it's pretty op ppl undrate the weapon y'all should try it it's pretty good does 50k dmg combo extender and has stun

I got azim dual senko before the rework tbh when I jioned a ps on ember azim dual senko spawn and frog sage you know before all the stuff is 10 or below azim used to be 100 and I managed to get it
yeah they butchered shield, i thought i was the only one who realized this. shield has little to no s now and people can hit you while your in the animation and even use counters on you now lol glad you noticde too

tbh in my opinion iFrame bloodline moves should be deleted from the game, like, bankai iFrame is just a free get-out-of-jail card. Only balanced iFrame that's an ability is probably Warp sub-jutsu. Draining stamina, doesnt let you do anything during it
What I like about gen 3 is that some are just better than others without the intention for them to be and I think they should be that way except for tyn which should be the most broken and maybe kor but mainly tyn
an underrated thing about b inferno 1st is the movement it gives when you cast the move, and since it is placeable anytime you can escape many situations easily. (before you even factor in the tp escapes and no gcd)

It's a monkey so of course it's aggressive
For snakeman its not only the first move and the mode the 3rd move is very good it has super long range and it Ragdolls and good damage
