Though I like the design on his 1st skill, In the KOF 99 where K' is introduced along with Kula & Maxima, he throws his glasses to his opponent that he wants to kill.

I rate Guin's KOF to 9.5, because her skills is the closest for Athena's. Like Phoenix Arrow & Psycho Ball.
I rate Gusion's KOF to 8, K'/K Dash does not have the skill to kick high and produce fires like that in KOF 99. His dash should be a Pass through dash, not a slide. Though I like the design on his 1st skill, In the KOF 99 where K' is introduced along with Kula & Maxima, he throws his glasses to his opponent that he wants to kill.
