reef - zlemenets two part , uk based. by FAR the best 2 part system i have used. I have used it in conjuntion with their ICP testing and am blown away by the results. full broad spectrum of macro and trace elemets , Not only that , i use their PHplus 2 part which has been the only thing that has been able to stabalise my PH above 8.1. I have used co2 scrubbers , kalk etc. I highly reccomend brs to get i touch with zeef zlements as this is a game changer. Half the price of the red sea bulk powders also.
The elements that are in the Part C (everything except the sodium chloride) which balance the ionic ratios and prevents a slow accumulation of sodium chloride are already present in the 2 parts of B-Ionic so no part C is required. ESV’s approach solved the same problem back in the early 90’s, but with only 2 parts.
If I have a refugium with a kessel light, but I also run a filter roller and do auto water changes, should I use the Triton Method Core 7 or the Other Method Core 7?
How do you know when you need to start adding trace elements and water changes isnt enough? Is that through ICP testing! Or If you do water changes every 2 weeks should that be enough? A vendor I buy corals from told me there is a type that just keeps things in balance. Is there such a type. Is it unusual for you to need to dose less calcium then alk? I cant seem to get my exact dosage figured out!!
Yeah I like these videos, great production quality. They tend to push the more expensive options regardless of effectiveness to be honest. Otherwise the information given is very valuable, it is a business and they gotta make money lol
Instead of Tropic Marin A- & K+, just use their powder type, which is Pro Coral Mineral. Same effect, more cost effective but I hope that they can have bulk package for this Pro Coral Mineral. On the other hand, you can just use cheaper salt and use this Pro Coral Mineral to add on those trace element you need.
@@TrevorHiller Really? Im reefer from Malaysia, so I couldnt help. Maybe from the POV of currency and probably law, maybe the liquid one is more cost effective for US reefer? FYI, In MSIA, pro coral mineral is about 15USD (69Myr).
Watching this video to find my brs alternative sine you guys where founded on two part but now completely price gouge and removed the middle of the road options it’s a 200 g gallon bucket or your 1 gallon packs . Wake up guys you guys are putting profits over what the hobbiest want
One part is better! All for reef!

I didn’t even know that this was a thing… can I ask where you purchase it? It doesn’t look like anyone has it in stock from a quick google search.
