LIVE | Burnsville officers shot: Procession for Officers Paul Elmstrand and Matthew Ruge

A procession for Burnsville Police Officers Paul Elmstrand and Matthew Ruge will be held from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office to a funeral home in Jordan, Minnesota. Elmstrand and Ruge were killed on Sunday in a shooting at a home in Burnsville. Burnsville Firefighter-Paramedic Adam Finseth was also killed. Gunman Shannon Gooden took his own life.
