Well, I would hazard a guess that a lot of people in the World do not know what " Breton " is, or where, more importantly! So! The French reference narrows it down a bit. Vive la Breton.

Everything is tuned just like you would a highland bagpipe, but I think he taped his c hole (3rd from bottom) to flatten it a half tone.
It's a Bb bagpipe, with a Db
