This the raid leader's recording. The way rapture works on Warmane (not sure if it should work like this, but if they changed it, every LoD raid would need to adjust and actually heal infest): if your shields break at the same time, all of them proc it. Which means that if you have say, 20 shield, you get 20*2.5 = 50% mana. This is how disc priests can preshield every infest, otherwise they would run out of mana after like 2 or 3. Renew as disc priest can be useful (e.g. you need to heal someone who has the shield debuff, but you are also moving). Generally though, shielding is better
