I think it’s too early for this conversation. Like McDonald, they like to hold rookies back.
This has always been the problem with the Jets. They draft a player and expect him to change for the system, whatever that is, instead of the system adapting to the players skill set.
Or just draft a player that fits ur system. I agree w u also but if that's really what they want why draft some1 that doesn't fit that
@EricHajosch I would agree with you except the player you might want isn't there so you take the next most talented player to fill a need. You have to have a coaching staff flexible enough to utilize a players strengths.
Malachi Corey was always an overdrafted prospect. Extreme limited route tree.
Why we stress all about first round drafts. If we can’t develop players to be productive in todays NFL and the Team culture is broken?
Jets acquire players then once they have them they don't know what to do with them. Jets should let the rookie RBs play the rest of the season and in the off season shop Hall around. They are probably going to lose G. Wilson too.
Dumb take.lavernous coles didn't play well in 1st 2 seasons santana moss took a yr also. Everyone on these podcasts were saying will mcdonald was a bust.
