Hi Wenchang! MaizeGator here. I enjoyed watching your solve of my puzzle! You mostly followed the intended path, with the exception of discovering the shape of the bottom orange region. Around 27:40, you correctly deduced that orange has to escape along the bottom of row 10. Since it requires 3 cells to do this, you can immediately draw borders and make orange turn upwards on both sides. I think this would have smoothed out the middle of your solve.
With the clues grid, I remembered to use the no 3 cells in a row/column, but forget this rule completely. Until the very end, I cannot determine which 8 is correct, then this rule came to mind. This may be the main reason I spend more time than others.
