That was my last trip at FDX. Did it for 2 weeks and love it. Great CA i had on that trip.

Next time you need to see Cartagena and Medellín. Those cities are beyond beautiful and you will absolutely fall in love with Colombia 🇨🇴
Also, the Colombian peso is very devalued, so yes, anytime anyone from the States goes there you are “technically” a millionaire there. It’s a sad situation for Colombia but at the same time, it allows tourists to spend extra money there and without worrying too much that things are expensive which is never the case. Every time I go home for a few weeks, $400 to $500 dollars is usually more than enough to have and spend there.
Check out Medellín next time when you’re not working!

Good vlog. You should have spent time in the downtown Bogata. Lot’s of fun places to visit despite the threat of crime. 767 is a beast. My longest flight in the 767 was from Buenos Aires to Detroit, 16 hours nonstop. Quite a testament to this aircraft and what it was designed to do.

an easy way to pronounce it is Mede-jean...and also, the Pablo Escobar bit, please let it go. It's old, unfortunate, and a very very sad time in history for most of us born in Medellin. It's not a joke, especially when a gringo who doesn't know much about the country/city they have to privilege of traveling to for work, much less do a little sightseeing. Thank you.

Hey Pete for some reason I didn’t see this although I’m subbed.. but question for you, if you have a side hustle that makes more money than your flying job, would you quit to focus on that? I’ve always wondered if that’s what influencer pilots think about like yourself. I personally plan on having properties that give me 100-150k in profit
Hey Mikey! Personally, no I will always keep my flying job. It’s what I love to do. Now I hope some of my side businesses are successful so that I don’t need to fly for a paycheck, rather fly for the enjoyment, the travel perks, experience.
