would you use this only as single bait or can you use a solid pva bag or pva mesh ? thanks

This rig can be used with a number of bait combinations, as shown (with a pop-up), Snow man (bottom bait with a pop-up on top, single or double bottom baits. Also, particles like corn or tiger nuts. I always fish with either a PVA stick or stringer of halved baits. so, yes! You can use this rig in conjunction with a number of baits and PVA products.
Hope this helps you with your angling! Thanks for checking out the video!

do you use this with an in line lead or clip on? also the hooklink , some videos say you must you flurocarbon because the fish will see braid, but you are using a braid , is it ok to use either?

Good Questions!! So this rig can be fish using either an inline lead or with a lead clip. I personally prefer to fish with an inline led set up. There are a number of reasons for this, but to keep it short and sweet, using an inline for me is more streamlined, and in my opinion less chance of things at the rig end getting tangled.
You are correct, some videos do state that you should use fluorocarbon due to its stiff properties allowing the rig its self to kick away from the lead as it hits the bottom of the lake or river. I honestly do not belive that a short length of fluro vs other hook-link is going to be seen by the carp as they are feeding. I personally prefer to use a stiffer (coated) hook-link fluro and for the many, many times and fish that have fallen to this rig while I have been using it, nothing has given me any reason to need to change it to a stiffer hook link such as fluro. My suggestion would be to try both, see how one performs for you on the water/waters you are fishing. Assess catch rates, and adapt/change from that point.
Hope this helps! Best of luck out on the bank! 🎣👍🏻
