From the financial risk, to not passing the STEPs with high enough scores, to not matching or leaving your whole family/friends/life on the other side of the world - it's a frightening thought! This is honestly the most accurate interview I’ve seen . This basically complied all my knowledge about the process which I gathered in the last year into a small video She was very clear about 260+ which was nice to see . Then she clearly said research matters but volunteering does matter as well. And she explained the reality of USCEs that if you can’t get anaesthesia just get any as they most anesthesia programs just wanna see if you know the system or not (mainly because of the work nature in anesthesia) Beautiful and concise
