Thanks for clipping this in full context 🙇 It's unfortunate that we had this many departures happening so close to each other, so it's understandable to feel somber and dreadful. It also doesn't help that we have the tendency to find someone to pin the fault on, despite little available info in public, to unleash our negative feelings upon. But, as heartbreaking as it is to see Fauna go, I would much rather focus on making as many good memories as possible, and send her off with a smile, and not have her last month with us be mired with doomposting and speculations. Another thing to factor in, a good portion of the holomems have prior work experiences, and definitely went though some awful things, whether in the industry or in corpo job life. I trust in their experiences to know when to bail if all goes downhill. If ever a good portion of these girls decided to leave and openly demonstrated that things were awful, if any ex-holos have shown that they were harmed or have their self-confidence pummeled to the point of thinking they were worthless without the company, that's when I won't hold back on my anger. I'm more of a lurker kinda person, but when Sana left, I realized that I want to be more active in supporting the girls as much as I can. I fell into this rabbit hole around holoMyth's 6 month anniv, but holoCouncil/holoPromise made me stay. So for now, I will focus on this: support them and cherish the time we have right now. And focus on official statements directly from the source rather than speculations, as many of the girls have stated.
