I started following Twice during JY's hiatus, when they gave Jeongyeon's verses to the others. However, hearing the range of her voice, I was like "oh wowww" lol. I appreciate all of them though. I like the sound of each of their voice and trying to identify them without watching a line distribution video lol

The I Can't Stop Me one hurts the most imo, Jeongyeon's voice just brings way more impact and power to the song, I guess mostly because you already heard the choruses with Jihyo and Nayeon, so hearing Jeongyeon deliver the last one brings contrast and I feel her voice blends well with Nayeon's adlib (I think that's what it's called). Idk, just something about it. Not trying to devalue Jihyo's singing though, her voice is so unique imo, there's something interesting about it, I especially love it during the Feel Special chorus.

Cry for Me is a song that sounds well on Jeongyeon's voice. I love the sassiness of "bad boy, bad boy... makes me a sad girl, sad girl". Too bad she wasn't there to promote it.
I mean the girls really did a good job covering jeongyeon's line, but there are something that jeongyeon have that others don't have, she sound jist different.
I think she has a power in her voice that none of them does, Jihyo has a certain power in her voice but it’s not the same thing.
It's called tone lol. No one is trying to sound like jeongyeon

I mean there’s two lead vocalists, Nayeon and Jeongyeon and Jeongyeon is as good as a main vocalist. So Jeongyeon should be Main along with Jihyo while Chaeyoung can be the lead vocalist along with Nayeon. But the only thing is Chaeyoung needs to be more confident in her singing. She sounds a bit shaky on stage so she should gain confidence in her beautiful voice.

Sana's deep voice is everything
Jeongyeon has such a strong voice that put that spicy in their songs, just like every member does in their songs, that’s why no one can really replace there voices in those songs, every member are so good in their own way. I love it. And not gonna lie, I choke a little whenever I heard Mina singing jeongyeon’s part in cry for me, i wasn’t expecting that. In a good way.
Tbh when hearing the before and after it just reminds me of how powerful jeongyeons voice is, lord she’s just amazing

Jeongyeon's voice is so powerful and there is so much personality in her voice. She has the most stable vocals in Twice and she effortlessly OWNS lower range as well as higher range of songs WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIBRATO! But trash JYP won't give her enough lines, even though she's called "lead vocalist" wtf.

Sana and Chaeyoung’s voice are so incredible. Specially when Sana is singing the chorus part. I really want her to shine. Her voice is so Angelic and hot at the same time. Same goes with Chaeyoung. Even if she’s a rapper, she has a good vocals as well when it comes to singing. And pretty sure no other rappers can have a good vocals when they are singing.

I really love all of them but you need to be educated. Let's go with the 2nd gen. Perfect example, 2NE1. CL is the main Rapper Minzy is the lead rapper but of them possesses quality vocals. Same as for the 3rd Gen BP's Main Rapper Jennie. She has a powerful vocals too.

I think other people misinterprets jeong stans when they rage over what jeongyeon deserves as a lead vocalist and and her position in twice. especially when the comments are like "main vocal material" or "she's lead vocalist but with sub vocalist lines" and they think jeong stans are trashing on jihyo, nayeon and mina but what jeong stans actually want is for jy to be treated with what she deserves

Sana in Cry For Me adds a different flavour (in a good way). While Jeongyeon's version sounds like she's angry, Sana sounds like she's crying, which in my opinion also suits the song.
