For ten years I lived a mile away and went two Sundays a month to this wonderful restaurant. Great food, service, bread was superb! My favorite restaurant ever.

The one in Murfreesboro has a very affordable lunch menu. Dinner is crowded because it is not a free standing building. Parking is limited. I think Jennifer answered my question, she pretty much said all the Chop House restaurants are pretty much the same. The kids portions were huge! It's not bad for a regional franchise restaurant.
We've tried 3 locations and the menus seem to be nearly identical and the food seems to also be consistent between each location too. We're glad to hear that you enjoy the Chop House too. We hope that you're having an excellent weekend, Ed.
Oh, I want to try the Corn Creme Brule (I probably spelled that wrong...lol) The way Brett described it reminds me of how we feel about Paula Deene's corn casserole...more of a dessert...but wonderful!! Hahahaha I also LOVE the chow mein noodles on my salad and I remember exactly where I got them! It was Ponderosa Steak House and after trying them once I ALWAYS had have them!!!!! Tamale cakes, is that like the canned tamale that they slice and fry?

The sweet corn tamale cakes have a sweet corn cake base with cilantro, pico de gallo, avocado, and a spicy ranch drizzle. It's a great combo of sweet and spicy. The Chop House is always good. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything there that wasn’t good. It’s the best restaurant in Hendersonville, in my opinion. I’ve eaten at two of the ones in Knoxville and they were great too.
