This is a short travel vlog which was captured when I visited Umm Al Quwain couple of weeks before. Hope you will enjoy these beautiful sights. The aircraft, Ilyushin IL-76 shown in this video was left abandoned for over two decades before and turned into an attraction in Umm Al Quwain along the old road to Ras Al Khaimah. It is an attractive source for the photographers and people who love to explore antiques. The visit to this 'Palma Beach Hotel' branded aircraft is now prohibited, however you will still get to see this while driving from Dubai to Dreamland Aqua Park in Umm al Quwain

Abandoned aircraft is really amazing.
Many interesting stories to read about the Aircraft, linking to Arms Dealer Viktor Bout who was banned from entering to UAE and now he is in Jail. Aircraft is located opposite to the Shooting Club too.

Thank you for watching.. 😊 The entry to the aircraft area is prohibited currently, hence couldn’t go nearby. Yes, it’s an interesting story.. The aircraft have also the branding of ‘Palma Beach Hotel’ on it which also leads to rumours that it was bought to convert to a restaurant and then it never happened.
