Hi Marco it's great to see you back again for another video and I hope you are keeping well brother, a very nice looking budget respray which is exactly the sort of respray the hobby/diy painter would be doing at home, cutting out the old rusty metal and welding in new isn't always possible so this video will help a lot of people at home👏👌 Thanks for sharing👍John UK
@speedokoterefinishnetwork4937 about to use ss for the 1st time in 15+ years. Been using up what bc cc I already had on hand. I agree ss will be better for my application
thank you ! when you did not nuetralize the rust on the wheelwell quarter and just packed the rotted out area with glass/bondo, I laughed and laughed. Im certain that many of the $500-$1000 dollar cars on facebookmarket place are no different than your car. The final body work and paint looks real good.
LMAO yea dude this was just a quick fix. Fiberglass usually holds up pretty well to rust . We all know this is not the correct way to fix it but will work
came out fire!! can you do some more plastics (motorcycle fairings) /atv style. i like buying cheaper bikes and flipping them would be fun with using a cheaper single stage like this. But im not sure of the procedure since its all plastics.. also those of us in texas with 100+ degree weather and high humidity in our diy garages what do you suggest to slow down the drying process to not get orangle peel
I need a good, tough, UV resistant white fleet paint for a tractor trailer. It is an aluminum cab with fiberglass hood. What do I need to paint it with? Thanks
Love all your videos. I have a single stage painted 73 F100, how do you blend a repair I did to make it look descent? Thanks and keep up the content sir.
That's another good spit wipe . Lots of adhesion there . Acid in the soda also bites into the surface. Newbies wouldn't understand. This is the superior way. 🫡🫡🫡🫡🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🤣🤣
Hi mate, what gritt sand paper do you do your final sand with before the single stage. Will it cover 320gritt sand scratches from a DA? I know sealer does but i want to do a quick flick with no sealer like you did here, looks great
Im thinking of using the single stage paint. I haven't decided on the black or white yet. Its a budget type of deal. What grit would you consider finishing before spraying?
@@denverbuerge white for sure . If ordering off speedokote.com Please select me as your sales rep (Marco ) Make sure you select correct speed activator as well very important. If spraying in hot weather just grab slow

I did that with my girls Honda. The glass is a bitch to sand and I mean a bitch cause it’s rock hard. Holds up kinda. Also I always wondered if you could mix med and slow like with 2parts to the full mix real small amount to kinda slow the setup? Curious only never tried it
Live in vages just used speedokote for the first time last Sunday slow hardener and reducer tinted with candy black pigment to reclearcoat 2001 ram forest green with pearl it came out fucking awesome. Pardon my Japanese. Speedokote 👍
That liftmaster wireless mic is on point! I've got to step my videos and garage doors up!

I prefer to spit Dr. Pepper on as an adhesion promoter. Something about 23 flavors and phosphoric acid really makes to poop stick

400 grit is usually safe.
600 for a ultra fine finish
