I can just imagine the poor workers and chef stressing out trying to act like a noble just to not anger the Royal family. Likewise no commoner dears to enter the restaurant in fear of execution.
A lot of these are coming from novels regular people post ona website in Japan. It's done in their free time and at their own pace. So they don't have the deadline Mangakas have. They get turned into manga and anime. Which is why these get A LOT more positive responses. Because they are barely altered or hampered.

You do know those anime you posted are from popular authors with contract and big companies, right? Most anime now are from Light Novels which basically just normal people who just come up with a story in theirs free time. When lots of people like the Light Novel, it gets boost in the ranking and these authors basically continue as far as they can go before publication ask theirs permission to create manga and ultimately anime.
