The plot line does help in answering different questions, however don't just rely only on the summary. Check out the previous year question papers for better perspective.
      God bless

Nahi ! Jaise ki maine video main bola hae .. it's not an autobiographical novel rather some elements from Muriel Sparks life has been taken in the novel like Sparks favorite teacher Christina Kay' s character is somewhat similar to Jean Brodie

SCOTTISH novel, not British, Scottish. Don’t say “but Scotland is part of Britain”. This is specifically a work of Scottish literature that deals specifically with themes of Scottish Calvinism among other things specific to Scotland. Calling this a British novel is similar to me saying “European novel”, it’s technically correct but for the purposes of analysis it’s not helpful.
This novel and the themes found within have much more of an impact and make more sense when you see them as a part of the tradition of Scottish literature.
It’s important it realise when it comes to literature, philosophy and economics (among other things) Scotland has had its own tradition that has been hugely influence globally, just calling it “British” takes away from the fact Scotland is a culturally distinct place and it just generally lumps it in with the achievements of England
Besides that this was a decent video for the most part :)
