Don't understand why they dropped the Advanced Suit. It's got 3 fully functional variants. Clean, rugged, and one for after the crash scene. Just like the EVA suit. There's even a kiosk at the beginning of the game he could've used to put his old armor back on. later upgrading to the EVA or a factory new Advanced Suit.
It is a leftover asset used for the early demo. If you dig deep enough into technical aspect of Dead Space 3, you will notice alot of contents that have been cut or dismissed. Like, before Nexus boss fight, you supposed to have a shooting with Unitologist first and some other stuff before the boss's reveal. However, this part was skipped abruptly as Nexus appeared right away.
And one more thing, there supposed to be a choice where you can actually play as Carver in the single player, or a choice to have him tag-along as an A.I. That explains why there were some leftover codes in the game with full functional Carver model, with some of his cut content-suits in single player.

@@iloveanothermanswives4278 I suspect it was the former, where you play as Carver instead of Issac. The face rigging in the scene with ellie right before the crash is too good to be unintentional.

Kind of weird that the advanced suit never made it into the final game, yet it was used in Dead Space 3 demo.
Pretty sure the colony fatigues we're supposed to be a suit for Carver that was like Isaac's at the very beginning in his apartment. But they most likely cut it out of the final release because it wouldn't make sense for a soldier to not be in some kind of armor.
It would make sense if he was trying to lay low and blend in if he was doijg surveillance on Isaac, which would make sense considering someone had to know where Isaac was and i dont yhink Ellie fully knew where. Carver wearing his soldier RIG would make Isaac more jumpy, considering Isaac was wanted by both Unitokigists and Earth Gov.
I hope that one day, when EA decide to remaster DS3 they put the AV Suit in-game

the rusty av suit is better since it been a couples of years since he last wore that suit in dead space

Special Forces looks really cool, with those red LEDs in the helmet and stuff.
Such bs you can only be able to wear the Advanced Suit through codes.

The Special Forces Suit is actually usable if you play as Carver in Co-op mode.
In singleplayer you can't wear this suit, even if use cheat engine. Exept pre-alpha version of game, you can wear this suit in singleplayer mode.
@@Maxim777gmail yeah right. Its at least still available in Co-op . Would have been cool if you could've switched between Isaac and Carver in Singleplayer. Like different scenarios as in these Sonic games.
@@monique6490 yeah I don’t get why they didn’t do that, would’ve added even more replayability to the overall game being able to play as Carver from his perspective in single player alongside his unique missions.
@@gabrieltejada1697 Resident Evil 6 had 3 different scenarios and 1 extra. And every of these scenario crossed together at some point. That should've been the inspiration for the Singleplayer in Dead Space 3.
Strangely yesterday i was playing with a player who was carver character i saw him changing his suit into the colony fatigue of isaac from chapter 1 but i don't know how he got that unused suit playable probably from cheat or cracking the games. and it was in the pc games i saw that

Wait…the Advanced Suit is in the files? But unused? That’s just…evil. Isaac’s Suits in DS3 all sucked. They look so horrendously bad that playing as Carver is my go-to.
