I belive that mental ills shall have qualified supervision, especially those who have problems carrying out their own hygiene and daily tasks such as cooking, washing, talking difficulties, nerves outbursts and many other sympthoms. The others persons health id indirect affected by their mental situation, an ill can not be around normal people because is a harm for others.
