Mason Turner needs to become coach for USA youth national team. Imagine his tactical approach, having learned from the knowledge of Pep, Burke and Flick (sorry, Hofmann 🤫). From there he could go on to coach other teams in the MLS or in Europe… maybe also a Chelsea youth squad? Taking over Birmingham United? Up until becoming the Coach of the USA national team to get the trophy he couldn‘t as a player…
It was a very good career from Mason Turner. I am happy he lived his dream to play with his best friend at Chelsea. It's a shame that he retired though. Hopefully he has something else to look forward to for his next career.

Hoffman reminds me of Farioli. Stubborn about his tactics and always plays with the same possession based playstyle, playing out from the back. In Turkey he failed to adapt and change tactics against big teams which made his teams get disappointing results and he was considered a bad manager back in Turkey. Now he’s the manager of Ajax and is doing a very good job in his first season
Best one hour I’ve ever spent. An absolutely enthralling story, could even be turned into a movie. Eight months of absolutely massive work from one singular person, and not enough people know about this!
