We have fundamentally reshaped how we source and manufacture, taking a holistic path that interlinks nature, climate and people.
Unilever is committed to a deforestation-free supply chain for our five main crops: palm oil, paper and board, tea, soy and cocoa.
To date, we’ve achieved 97.5% deforestation-free direct sourcing and have helped drive industry-wide change alongside governments, NGOs and other partners.
This video explains our approach which includes working closely with suppliers, farmers and smallholders, and investing in infrastructure, technology and product innovation.
