Good afternoon D3P. I always follow your channel here in Brazil and a few months ago I had the opportunity to clarify a doubt with you about this DDCS V3.1 controller. But recently there was an abnormality during the cutting process with the controller, where the Y axis at each complete turn it shifts a little away from the initial positioning causing an inaccuracy of the cut. Has this ever happened to your machine? Do you have any idea what it could be? Thank you for your attention and I hope I can be of some help.
Hello Edmar. Thank you for watching. I have never seen that on my machine. Maybe it is a parameter in your cnc software and not the DDCS . In the DDCS check the Parameter #113 is set to 0 I hope it helps :)
@@weitlingD3P Good morning D3P. Thank you for your support and prompt service. I'll try to change the parameter to try to fix this. Since it was using another controller and this did not happen, the suspicion falls on the DDCS. Thank you very much.

Why did you use copper?
at was what I had available
Good job!!!
I dont understand where does the cutter has a +24v or -24 wich contacts with that probe |?
Hi The probe does not use Volt. It is a analog signal from a switch that is open or closed.
@@weitlingD3P so cuter is just grounded spindle signal thats it ? I mean the cutter part not the probe part.
@@povilasvaiciulis7931 Yes that is correct

Can you do tool offsets?
Hi and thanks for watching. No. The ofset parameter are there, but does not work
Hello, Does the DDCS V3.1 takes care of the backlash? Thanks
Hi Yes you can enter how many millimeters you want it move after home or limit. I use 5mm
@@weitlingD3P This is for software limit settings. Are you sure this is as well for backlash compensation settings ?
