I think I know how Magician did his bit. He already knew Samay's address and when he asked Karan about date he wrote Samay's flat/house no. dumped it in the box. Then told Karan to say openly about the date which he thought so now he has the correct date. Now he asks Gamerfleet to think about A girl bestfriends name and he wrote the the date which he got from Karan as he told aloud. Then he asks Gamerfleet to say the girls name out loud now brother has the name of girl and when he finally asks Samay to think his flat/house no. now he writes Girls name and he has all the answers without reading the mind actually.
How I came up with this :- 1. Order of asking the answers without actually telling what he wrote now, he showed everyone what he wrote when he had all the answers.
Suppose if some real mentalist would have done asked questions and before knowing the answers handed the chits to the person whom he asked the question. It was a very basic loophole. I hope I'm clear

Do you guys want to know how that boy predicted date, name and flat no.
First of all he knew the flat number of samay i.e. 101 so in first piece he wrote it and dropped in the box; While he was asking to karan about the date. Simmilalry when he asks about the girlfriend name to gamerfleet after that he wrote something in paper here he was writing tha date the karan had said just before. Finally he never asked samay to think something he simply said i will write your flat no. But he wrote the gf name Harshita which gamerfleet answered just before. 😂

Some things are cut out from the video. Apparantly he knew Samay's address from before. 2) he asked them to say the answer to the audience after he had written something down. . So, wrote down Samay's address in the first chit (which he already knew) Wrote the first answer (after it got announced) in the second slip. Wrote the second answer in the 3rd slip. The third question was Samay's address which he had already written in the first chit @rishabharya3329
