that was when new ones were still being added, but it looks like for now that’s being put on hold
there could be new ones when the three new styles come out though, who knows. he’s probably waiting for a good while instead of making a new showcase every two months

seeing that Pan (a moderator, i believe) was in the server in the first few minutes, he probably would’ve gotten it from them
devs, mods and testers are usually able to give other people one-time access to styles they don’t have or aren’t released.
also he’d be low level because of the temporary stat reset about a week ago
