I've already had this Exact situation with me in August, where I was let go without notice by the most incompetent & egotistical management I've ever experienced, as I started documenting every conversation we had lol. I do have other jobs (I'm not American, & I work in a field where I can hold multiple consultant positions), but i have been looking for a substitute since then. January sounds hopeful!
