I love when Link gets nervous being told that he is unsafe with sharp objects, he gets EVEN more unsafe to compensate as he tries to laugh it off. He can't help himself. lol
I was watching that episode during biology class while the episode was first aired a couple of years back, and everyone were wondering why I was snickering by myself. Golden times.
Unfortunately, I don't think that is actually the case. I think that Link would be the better dad specifically because he is a lot more clumsy, and has been his entire life. He knows that his children will be, and he knows that he is, so they are all bound to make mistakes. He's more laid back, and that's _really_ important when it comes to children, growing up and making mistakes. For example: Rhett would be the kind of dad to make his kid sit back in his chair while everyone sang _Happy Birthday_ Link would be the kind of dad who lets his kid get really close to the candles on the cake, and even maybe stick his hand out and learn that fire burns. In this case, surely they would grow up knowing that fire is bad, and Rhett's kid would make the same mistake in some other manner, but the basis for making mistakes has already been established in Link's child's case. It's not the greatest example, but just shows that Link, objectively, could be the better dad because of his knack for making mistakes.
Link is the kind of guy where if you leave him in an empty room with a pencil & a piece of paper, he is more likely to stab himself with the pencil than write on the paper.
Link's "i know what I am holding is dangerous, and for some reason i think that is fun/funny" face is absolutely hysterical. Its the same every time. He just gets so excited
And IMMEDIATE smiles, like the vomit could still be dripping from hia chops and the tail is going a mile a minute. "HAI DAD. THAT TASTED FUNNY. IS ARE PLAY TIEM NAO??"
Rhett’s face at 1:51 is so funny to me because you can see him processing what just happened in the split second he was turned away and then link proceeds to do it again
Yeah. I think Link has had too many sharps accidents that Rhett rather takes them away from Link before he or someone close by gets killed on accident.
Lol that was the most funniest part for me and my second most funniest part is when he was trying to cut a peach and it said *chases peach with knife* had me dead
What makes Link scary is that he literally doesn't look at what he's doing when he's swinging around the bladed weapons. He'll be looking in another direction while just randomly thrusting the blade in a general direction.
I love how Rhett is always trying to just be chill and jokey but also be like “guys stop giving him weapons please he will hurt or kill someone if you give him any more weapons” at the same time

“Knife?” “No.” “ *Bigger* knife?” “NO. I want the NON sharp stuff! I want more! Tha-THATS a knife.” “You sure you don’t want it?” “Yes!” “Ok..ok..” “Now get a GOOD utensil.” “Butcher knife?” “ *NOOOO-* “
I know that not everyone is great with blade safety, but Link is actually a menace. It's one thing to fool around a bit with a knife (so long as you're not endangering someone else or your own life) but it's an entirely different thing to actively have everyone in your immediate vicinity worried at all times when you have a blade nearby and are not inherently violent.
You really can see how Rhett have already experienced things that happen whenever Link got ANY OBJECTS in his hands. Look at that genuinely concerned expression!!! He acted like link's dad oml
I can totally imagine them getting a new employee and Rhett just takes them somewhere where Link can't hear them and he sits them down in front of a laptop. "Link can't have knives. No sharp things. No fire." "Okay? But. . . why?" Rhett opens up the laptop to this video, the employee's face is evenxmore confused now. "This is why." And he hits play. XD
As someone with an (entirely rational) irrational fear of pizza cutters, I can confirm that 1:22-1:41 terrified me more than anything else I've ever experienced, apart from the incident that originally gave me my fear of pizza cutters. So thank you for that, Link
@@rainbowangel5264 I cut my little finger on a pizza cutter when I was about 5. Barely hurt, but there was TONS of blood and it really freaked me out. As a kid, stuff like that sticks with you
1:57 I have a similar OCD tic regarding, "fate tempting". The worst one is closing my eyes while driving. It REALLLY sucks to have one voice saying, "Just do it ONE more time, and you'll be satisfied and NEVER have to do it again." And the moment you satisfy that tic, the very moment it's done. That you hear that same voice saying the same thing with a deeper promise. "Ok, REALLY, this time is the LAST time EVER." And it just keeps repeating.
“And lastly knives.” Me: awww does that mean it’s the end of the video? *check time and only halfway though.* Me:how many-....why do they keep giving him knives?!
Link: knife? Rhett: no Link: bigger knife? Rhett: No! Something that's not sharp *Later on* Rhett: MORE I WANT MORE Link: *brings out a knife* Rhett: I WA- Woah hey wait listen.. that's a knife

Capital u
Unfortunately, I don't think that is actually the case. I think that Link would be the better dad specifically because he is a lot more clumsy, and has been his entire life. He knows that his children will be, and he knows that he is, so they are all bound to make mistakes. He's more laid back, and that's _really_ important when it comes to children, growing up and making mistakes.
For example:
Rhett would be the kind of dad to make his kid sit back in his chair while everyone sang _Happy Birthday_
Link would be the kind of dad who lets his kid get really close to the candles on the cake, and even maybe stick his hand out and learn that fire burns.
Rhett: "So no sharp things."
Link: *proceeds to lick pizza cutter and stick hand in a blender*
TBH I'm guilty of licking pizza cutters. As long as you keep moving in an upward motion, no side to side, you're golden!
White Wood Asmr Saaame. Except I don't even do it the safe way. Pizza cutters just don't cut (or at least well) without the proper force behind 'em.
Rhett’s voice when he says “do not give the man weapons,” is such a mood.
I know right 😂 Gets me every time! And when he says "Why-w, why would you do it?"
It's bloody hilarious that you can literally feel Rhett's tripled anxiety level whenever Link is around anything sharp/dangerous.
Link's "i know what I am holding is dangerous, and for some reason i think that is fun/funny" face is absolutely hysterical. Its the same every time. He just gets so excited
this is the only class that i would actually take
*sign me up man*
Me to!😂 (I need the lesson link gets about handling sharp things😂not the lesson what to NOT give link😂)
Rhett: *says not to do something in a panic*
Link: does it
Link reminds me of my puppy when I say “what are you eating” and he tries to swallow it quicker.
Pickle omg yes
Same with my chinchilla
BITCH THSTS THE MOST ACCURATE COMPARISON ONFGFRHIVMF
And if you try to take away whatever they have then they turn on you and bite your finger, also similar to Link
I always thought they were JOKING about giving him weapons. And how dangerous he was...then I saw this.
if link with a single knife was a character in mortal combat, he would be the most powerful character
You could give him just a *NAIL* and he’d probably find a way to injure someone-
If link with a single knife was a charater in super smash bros ultimate he would damage himself with every attack
Every attack hurts him too tho
No he'd end up stabbing himself before anyone else
Knife with (Melee weapons 100)
"This is the cloaca"
"Want me to make it bigger?"
"Wha---NO!"
Grunkly Devito no
The fact it's just a instinct for Rhett to take away a knife from Link says a lot.
Yeah. I think Link has had too many sharps accidents that Rhett rather takes them away from Link before he or someone close by gets killed on accident.
Someone save Rhett from his BFF. He's in permanent danger
Can't really save him if he's in permanent danger.
#saveRhett
#noknifes
Omg your profile
Rhett will soon get another one when link finds out about his power
i propose the idea: "chase being underpaid for x minutes"
“the mythical crew deserving a raise for x minutes”
Yes
Would that not just be the whole channel?
4:13
“Alright, so first, we need to slice up these cucumbers.”
“I got it!” (Pulls out cleaver)
“NO!”
*”WHERE DID YOU EVEN FIND THAT?!”*
Honestly such a rogue thing to do. Rogue gets checked for weapons and just finds a knife lying around
Lol that was the most funniest part for me and my second most funniest part is when he was trying to cut a peach and it said *chases peach with knife* had me dead
That’s my favourite part of the video. He wasn’t even given the knife.
Up his bum
What makes Link scary is that he literally doesn't look at what he's doing when he's swinging around the bladed weapons. He'll be looking in another direction while just randomly thrusting the blade in a general direction.
Link is literally the meme of the little kid running with the knife and his mom going “NO!!?!”
Rhett is the mom
"What do you have in your hand?"
“A KNIFE”
I love how Rhett is always trying to just be chill and jokey but also be like “guys stop giving him weapons please he will hurt or kill someone if you give him any more weapons” at the same time
Lmao, yeah
Rhett is like that one dad who is really good at being funny but shows how tired he is when he has to correct his children.
"Rhett being Links father for 7 minutes straight."
The alternative title
1:20
I love how even Link himself was like, "I'm not supposed to have this." 😂 These clips crack me up
Let's be honest, without Rhett, Link probably had killed half of the mythical crew by now
Pinhead perfectly balanced as all things should be
Not that many, he would have managed to cut off his own arms first 😂
Probably
And himself lmaoo

I know that not everyone is great with blade safety, but Link is actually a menace. It's one thing to fool around a bit with a knife (so long as you're not endangering someone else or your own life) but it's an entirely different thing to actively have everyone in your immediate vicinity worried at all times when you have a blade nearby and are not inherently violent.
