Dont know if you know this but in Tennessee no state income tax.. Lots of room.. I paid 1400 per acer. 12 years ago. Now its round 3k per. 45 min from nashville. Our town has 3k & 14 k people living in cannon county. 17 miles from a 300k population town that has everything.. We close the gate when we get home and the world stays on the other side. Its not to bad here at all. Ive lived it 12 states and I chose here. I hope your weekend is awesome with company, nudity and plenty of the drink of you choice, sir.. Cheers
