My dad and I were at this game. I remember the signs along 35 that were keeping track of Rickys progress week by week toward the record. The whole city was behind him! That day I just remember so many people were wanting to buy tickets outside the stadium but no one was selling. I’ve been to UT football since Mackovic days to Herman but I’ve never heard the stadium louder than when Ricky cut it back to score the TD and the record. Section 29, row 46, seat 15&16. Face value ticket was $38.
Brent Musburgers’s call made that long TD run even more legendary.

Was there with my dad at that game. The LOUDEST I have ever heard dkr stadium get when he broke the record. The entire crowd was jumping and cheering in the stands. I never seen anything like it
