Per proper planning standards in Educational planning SDG 4 and local regulations , It is mandatory that every high school has a functional counselling and guidance unit to look at such issues.. I know most high schools have it, there's the presence but most are dormant...so the GES must strengthen the capacity( in terms of resources; human, capital and remunerate them well etc ) of these units in all schools !!

(I know he meant it as a joke) 4. You cannot only salute, when in uniform and wearing a headdress.
Ofcourse they've been listening to our opinion since . I remember those times,open forum was a day for the school to listen to our opinions and implement them. We loved those days
