Me, personally? One of the things that makes me happy is to watch people enjoy our native cooking. It's a joy and great appreciation of our culture. Cooking and food is personal, made with emotions, the cook's family heritage, etc. So, watching this vid and others like this makes me happy.

Dynamite is even more perfect if you dip it on Mayonnaise mixed with Banana Ketchup. Arghh my mouth is watering.
