For a special 12th episode, we are cooking Freshwater Snails (Tharoi ninggabi) curry with mushrooms, Shrimps stirred fried with chives and chillis, and local vegetable & herbs salad (Green papaya, Komprek- Dropwort leaves, Hoikhong- Viola leaves, spring onions, Pheija-smooth wendlandia, Phakpai- Vietnamese coriander, Chantruk-Pepper cress, broad beans shoots etc.)
