A note with all his weapons: Due to the nature of the trajectory of the darts, they are considered projectiles. Thus they arent affected by damage falloff. This also applies to yumi, larcin’s throw and i think octo’s charged intel shot.
as someone who's considering themselves and up and coming "sasori main" I too side with the base build as one of the best. the video is very much appreciated as always. keep up the amazing work 💙 - o7
i was a bit confused at why we got all the guide remakes back to back, i completely forgot that the game is free on epic so we just had a batch of new players, so yeah, fair enough
imo the charged attack of sasoris W2 needs to do more damage. It takes about the same amount of time to do the full charge as it is to just spam the light attacks yet they do the same amount of damage(1 charge vs 2 lights. both equal 60), the light attacks will actually do a bit more if youre using the second passive. Either it needs to charge faster or it needs to do more damage. Cause right now there isnt really much reason to use it for its whole identity, fun idea but over-nerfed. Second note, i feel like if they changed the third passive(since its currently effectively non-functional) to "enemies hit by your sword take more thrown weapon damage" would be pretty cool. Reward those close range risky plays and leading with the sword, since currently everything wants you to lead with your thrown weapon even if your plan is to melee.. Somewhat like the inverse of the second passive but not reliant on poisoning.
also notable (shoutout to the Hans fight in game 2 @46:17) the sword hitboxes for W1 and W2 are resemblant of a "poke/stab" whereas the sword hitbox for W3 is resemblant of a "slash/swipe" - o7
With W1 E1 and P2 you can activate poison, throw 1 dart and then slash twice and that's a kill quite quickly. 👍That does 105 damage so it can kill green and grey health chips but not blue, purple or gold.
I loved the poison vials in extraction situations when I was playing sasori a while ago! Imagine you are playing duos and you down one of the opponents. Instead of running away and letting them res, or guarding the body, you can just throw the poison vial on the body and run of, because im pretty sure it prevent resing as well. Not sure if it still like that tho)
Ame and Kage - Rain and Shadow Hyo and Hanei - Panther and Prosperity Yuki and Hikari - Snow and light While I have been studying Japanese, I still had to look up Hyo and Hanei, so I'm not confident with the translation there.
I think The katana should have a slightly longer forward attack range maybe 10%-15% with a tradeoff for a smaller hitbox. Sasori is all about pinpoint accuracy after all , that bathroom stall battle was painful to see for both sides.
could you do an update video about arrangement of decks? cause the last one i found on the channel is from a year ago and i don't know if its current honestly, x

Ya I didn't mention fall off, but I intended to explicitly say there was no falloff and missed it.
@@1stGlitch I gotchu bud, don't worry
Definitely think he should be classified as either a disrupter or a vanguard or change the sword to automatically track agents it hits
Was waiting for this one.

"Being poisoned stops you from touching your watch" is a pretty funny summary.
Holomimic is really funny on Sasori because you can charge W2 the mimic. Which can be really goofy if you want to turn on someone chasing you

Last fight coulda been a great bounce pad showing
Ame and Kage - Rain and Shadow
Hyo and Hanei - Panther and Prosperity
Yuki and Hikari - Snow and light

Thank you!

Your game looks really stable. Did you lock it at 60 fps? The graphics seem nice too
I have a 4070 Ti and play on Ultra, locked to 144fps, 1080p

How does poison interact with Red E2? Does Red regain cover but not heal? Or does she heal when the poison wears off?
She regains her cover but does not heal
i dont know why, but whenever you say his name i just hear sosoy, am i crazy?
