I saw a couple of biscuit tutorials that said not to twist your biscuit cutter because it seals the edges and they cannot rise. Press down with the cutter and pull up and it leaves the edges open so the biscuits can rise. Great video and luv all your homemaking recipes and ideas. ❤
Hey Hayley Just a suggestion When cutting out biscuits don’t twist the cutter. It will seal the edges of your biscuits interfering with the rising. In any case Happy Holidays to you and your family
I always flip my homemade biscuits a little half way thru because mine would get too crispy at the bottom. I need to freeze some too! I never think to do that
Hey Haley. I have to ask… I’m also from the East Coast, but up here in Canada. Just wondering if you or your family ever put molasses on your warm biscuits? If not… you gotta try it, it’s delicious. 😋
Wonderful video! I love seeing the recipes that you have been trying from scratch. As far as the homemade Christmas candies, you should check out The Moss Family! One of their latest videos within the past week was all vintage candies❤ Thanks for sharing! I always look forward to your videos. Very relatable and fun ❄️⛄❤️💚
Are you making a living on TH-cam? I think it’s great how you are able to stay home with Sydney and still make a living as a single mom, that’s pretty cool! I found you back when Sydney was 3, you’re one of my favorites! Does Sydney get a lot of homework?
