- Hi, Abbie here. This film is student film I made for my last year of college at 17-18. It was done with 0 budget and volunteer actors. The film is made to bring awareness and representation to lesbians and the community overall. I wanted to finally give us a happy ending ahaha unlike most movies. This film is very important to me as I have used my own personal experiences to write and create this. I hope you enjoy :)

the little girl in me is screaming right now. she never felt ‘normal’ or that she ‘fit in’ because of her sexuality. perhaps if she had a film like this she would’ve felt alittle less alone. and hopefully that’s what this film can do now, help those people out who are struggling with their sexuality. because i know it would’ve helped little me out. thank you for this beautiful wlw film. i know that little girl would thank you too. ❤️

Very sweet. This shows an example of how young girls get acquainted and develop tender, meaningful, affectionate friendships and enduring bonds. Quite healthy and beautiful.
Love the comedy in this and how it shows you should be comfortable and enjoying yourself when on a date, as well as the importance of listening to yourself and not other people ❤ not sure if it was intentional but also the problems with tinder and online dating, you never know what they'll be like in real life );

Hope that doesn't sound too intrusive but where are the two main actresses from? I'm asking because of their lovely accents (I'm not a native English speaker at all haha). They sound sort of Scottish to me but I'm probably making this up.

Wow, what a wonderful, funny, even romantic story of two daring young women, one for asking (I was always so shy I think anyone who ask is daring! LOL) and the other for going out of her believed "dating gender!" These two are just too cute together and love the beach scenes. Would love to know where you filmed this??? And why all the crap about clothes in the water! It's warmer if you leave your shoes and socks on, didn't your mama teach you people that! LMAO. Actually I have no idea cause I went to the beach in Southern California, USA and it's always sunny and 75⁰f even in the middle of an earthquake, which I've been in 6 or 7 at least. (Please, I'm not making fun of those serious earthquakes like we have seen in Japan, Turkey and Syria, it's a joke we Southern California people have because one day they say the big one is coming and there is nothing you can do but joke because we won't escape it at all)
Anyway, the actors, the film location were very well done. And the soundtrack was absolutely beautiful as well. I am going to have my son listen to it as he is taking music composition in college (3rd year) but he is also a ranked college pianist, and plays keytar and learning electric bass guitar. Truly lovely short film, but too bad short film means there isn't time in it to show more complex stories, but hey, it's a great start, so just keep going.
For my taste the "happy end" should be longer, not cut off after half a kiss. Let the viewers enjoy the happy feeling at the end a bit longer, let the couple have a final dialog talking about their feelings before and after that kiss or something like that.

I thoroughly enjoyed it; the camera work and acting were superb. The story was compelling and carried a significant message. I can't help but wonder if there are any intentions to create a sequel. Just a playful thought!
