*Extract the contents of the downloaded file into a folder.
*Let's take the file upgrade.lgu contained in the folder " Upgrade_705MD_FavreMod.zip ".
Put it in a FAT32 formatted USB .
*Insert the USB with the file in the navigator and switch on the machine.
*Accept the proposed update on screen and press " Update "
*Wait for the navigator to be turned on and check the version.
If the update is proposed again, ignore it by pressing the home button.
It may happen that the navigator does not work, check the RESTORE paragraph at the bottom of the page.
*You will also need to search for RADIO stations if they are not present .
*Turn off the engine, disconnect the USB and go back to the PC.
Remove the "upgrade.lgu" file from the USB.

It may happen that the browser does not work anymore and that it reports an error similar to this: " File corruption detected, Navigation stops ", can be solved by following the usual procedure

To restore version 4.0.6, simply download this DOWNLOAD file and follow the usual procedure:

I am very grateful to you, I had not been able to use the navigation for months, with an annoying message of fatal error when starting the vehicle, without being able to set the time and without finding a useful file that ask me for the update. I've finally found your video and everything works. really, thank you.
This worked perfectly after applying both media nav updates from your video. I kept getting "error occurred in main thread" error message and my map and navigation wouldn't let me click the accept button. Other youtube videos didn't work for me but following the two different updates using the links you provided in the description worked. I'm super happy and grateful, THANK YOU!

Thank you, my MediaNav 4.1.0 now runs your Evolution and its faster, and bluetooth doesn´t glitch anymore when playing music. And the BT device sync doesn´t fail like used to be, sometimes ;)

Thank You So much! I've only come for repairing the message "File corruption, navigation stops" and it works, only installing the file who fix the problem. I have Media Nav 1 (MN1) non evolution. The only thing is that the GPS program is modified, but it's also cool and it have new features.

O MediaNav 4.1.0 da minha Duster 14/15 está mostrando uma mensagem de erro, mas continua funcionando normalmente. Além disso, uma coisa que sempre me incomodou nele foi que músicas tocadas por pendrive começam com volume zero e e só iniciam após uns 2 segundos. Fiquei pensando se uma versão mais atual, mesmo que não oficial, corrigiria o erro e talvez essa questão da música! Obrigado pela atenção!
@@alvinopedrosaferreira5407 Opa, eu atualizei porque achei o visual mais moderno, colorido, e está funcionando bem, sem nenhum problema, as musicas funcionam normal. eu notei que as musicas que rodam do celular, pelo bluetooth é superior ao que roda pelo pendrive ou FM.

Whenevr I upgrade to this version I lose the 'Loudness' setting and music doesn't sound good. BUT it does get rid of bluetooth stutter.

I have one more question. Bluetooth in media nav has pairing passkey. Unable to pair it with speakers where the passkey cannot be keyed in. Is there a way to bypass the passkey of the bluetooth.

I have a 2013 Renault Captur with the old Media Nav version 4.0.1 or 4.1.0 (cant remember). I followed your video and it was fine in the car. Except for the card and navi system.It shows something with error like yopu show in the video.
So I tried to download the software again as you showed. But when I plug the USB ind the Media Nav the second time with the new file on, its says the USB is empty. Why is that? How can I make it work, så the navi works as well? I am from Denmark, so I struggle a little understanding yor very fast english :-) Sorry.
