No, there is a Central Library 24X7 open with more than 20 lakh books. Every hostel is equipped with a fully ac reading room though! I hope it helps :) ✌🏼

Menu tech, cultural, innovative clubs etc. Initially you can be in more than 1 clubs but later one doesn't get time to attend both with ongoing studies. Thus, he usually leaves the lower priority club. So your answer is both Yss and No

Agar ek din khaana nahi bana, toh kaafi saare outlets restaurant wagerah hai in IIT campus. So you wouldn't face any shortage. Even Night Mess operates till 4 am to crave late night snacks.
