Thanks for the tips. Noticed that the EcoPower charger supplies a constant 2A - isn't that a bit high for our tiny batteries? I use a 180mah 3s from Palm Power, which would be over 10c !
That's a great observation. Yes, that would be high. I'm not convinced that's what it really putting out because this is specifically designed for the little batteries and seems they would have figured that out. It's worked great for me so far and seems to charge in the expected amount of time without heat.
Thanks for the reply - Great content btw, I have spent more time than I should watching your educational videos. Plz keep on sharing and educating. Would be great to get your insight into latest crawler releases for example, not from a feel or emotional standpoint as most reviewers do but rather from a physics/mechanical eng pov.
I like Gens ace. I also use the Urgenex 600 mah. They are a little thicker but much more narrow with lots of runtime. It is an Amazon but I have 10 and only one went bad. I can’t figure why I don’t see more running them. Odd man out I guess. Love the info on the vids.
@@themountain59 I totally agree. GNB comes in so many shapes and sizes you can optimize perfectly to the space available. That's what I use for my 1/10 scale. High C ratings too, but the battery leads are always somewhat short. I'll add a link in the description. The downside to Gens Ace is they have limited size options, but this one is perfect for 1/24th.
New to these lil crawler types and lipos. I'm old school. LoL... Anyways, can't you just pull the connectors off? Have seen a few vid where others have. Thanks for the info. Gonna stock up cuz the one stock setup I have just doesn't give me the time needed away from the wife. 😂

Thanks for that! I may get into product reviews at some point. I’d have to pay for them myself to do an honest review.

Sometimes you just have to get the shape that fits in your vehicle. 600 must be some nice runtime.
I only use GNBs..great lipos😉

Great video - thanks! Btw, charger link doesn’t seem to be correct, it takes you to the cables.
Thanks for the heads up! Looks like Amazon doesn't have it any longer so I added an A*Main Hobbies link. It's a great little charger. Thanks again.

The wife lol. I guess if you pull hard enough, anything will come apart. Seems like cutters is just as fast so I never tried pulling them off.
@BoomslangSuss Seems to me me ya can just flip a tab or something and swap 'em out? IDK... But just ordered a few just in case. Thanks again.
BetaFPV 300 mAh 2S is the choice for my 1/24 comp rig.
Nice.
