The gray LVP is difficult to decorate around and is dated. Please consider using a true wood-toned LVP in your next flip. Good decision to remove the wall and door in the kitchen. I would have created a peninsula between the two areas and shown it as a kitchen/dining area (with fireplace!) and leave the 'church' area for the living room.
@@RiskyRenos I'm not against being economical or waterproof. Certainly there are other color options rather than “Millennial Gray”? Wood naturally doesn't come in gray tones unless it has been exposed to years in the elements. It's lifeless. I'd say it was my opinion, but I could point you to dozens of articles and YT videos that agree with me.
