He should have been season 9 villain honestly beating the biggest bad, make him so much faster then season 8 Barry so it works out. They overused reverse flash, Godspeed sucked ass, red death was a joke, thinker was ok, season 5 guy was ass, blood work was even worse.

Too true. Savitar was one of the best villains hands down. It would've been better if the Reverse Flash made an appearance every now and then.
