Ingredients:
Rice pilaf:
10oz Vigo Yellow rice (follow instructions)
2 tbs butter
3 tbs red bell pepper
2 tbs diced onion
Cajun Shrim Burger: (no measurements)
6-8 Jumbo shrimp (13/15 size)
garlic powder
onion powder
Old Bay seasoning
paprika
EVOO
liquid smoke (just a few drops)
butter (for cooking shrimp)
1 lb 85/15 grass fed ground beef
kosher salt
black pepper
bacon drippings (for cooking hamburger)
Favorite cheese
lettuce
tomato
favorite mayo
8 Smothered Turkey wings :
1 envelope Onion soup mix
1 tbs EVOO
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Slap Ya Mama
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp chicken bouillon
3/4 stick butter
black pepper to taste
1/3 portion turkey gravy
Stuffed Lobster Tail and garlic butter:
3- 9-10oz lobster tails
1 lb Fresh lump crabmeat (i used 3/4 lb for this recipe)
8oz shrimp
1/2 med green bell pepper
1/2 large onion
1 stalk celery
4 cloves fresh garlic
1/2 tbs Old Bay Seasoning (Or Cajun seasoning)
black pepper
1 tbs EVOO (to cook with)
1 stick butter
Ritz Crackers (i added 30 crackers)
EVOO (to coat)
Old Bay Seasoning (to coat over lobsters)
Garlic Butter:
1/2 stick butter
2 large cloves garlic minced
1 pinch garlic salt
Fresh parsley
Krispy Kreme Doughnut Burger:
1/2 dozen Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (I bought mine from the Krispy Kreme Shoppe)
1 pound fresh strawberries
2 tbs stawberry glaze
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbs cornstarch (or 2 tsp cream of tartar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
