I really need to do this again when I'm feeling down and have no energy to even do the most basic things like waking up and getting out of bed - this week has been really harsh on me - but also keep watching whenever you post because your videos are a great comfort ♥and I took a break from watching them because of college I swear to God I get so stressed that I can't do anything other than try to study and get frustrated when I can't

Hi Michelle!😊 I saw you putting your vitamins in a medicine organizer box, I'm a med student and I learned that for example the probiotics that came in a dark gray blister they're make to protect from the light to prevent it's alteration, so what I do for my dad's med organizer is just to cut the blister and put it inside, not opening it.
Not judging, just giving some tips I learned.😊 facts: I used to do that too hahaha :p
