-Tauren Chieftain (the brown horned guy with an axe) has an aura (a passive spell) that boosts the movement speed of nearby units. Hence he is seen urging the workers to collect gold faster - Archmage (blue guy on a horse) is a human hero, and humans can buy a special item that allows them to build a tower instantly (hence tower in a capsule) - Human workers (peasants) are seen next, building more towers. That is a common strategy called a tower rush, in which defensive buildings are used in an offensive fashion - Human towers, once built, can not attack. They must be upgraded first. Once upgraded, the tower changes its look, going from a crenelated flat top to a roof. Hence, we see towers putting on pointy hats - The attack rate of towers is pretty fast, and it really does feel like they are spewing a barrage of arrows - Orc workers can hide inside some buildings (burrows), gaining protection, as well as the ability to shoot arrows. The peasant has no mana because he has no spells to cast, so he doesn't get any champagne - The "butler" is a water elemental, a powerful unit summoned by the Archmage. In most situations, the water elementals are much stronger than the Archmage himself, hence he is seen yawning while the elemental beats up enemy grunts - Spikes ignore any defensive abilities of the footmen - The Tauren Chieftain has a shockwave ability that damages anything in its path. Very effective against weak peasants and clumped up towers - While many times a failed tower rush is followed by the attacking player giving up, the economic damage of both players is often even, and the failed tower rush can subsequently be followed by regular strategies. The Archmage simply shrugs the shoulders and retreats, as the game is still on. Moreover, the comments of the hero are very conceited and dismissive, just like in-game - The summoned water elemental has a timer, upon the expiration of which the elemental dissolves.
