The 13th Baron in the Zemo bloodline. Helmut followed in the footsteps of his father before him, becoming an enemy of Captain America and the Avengers. In what could be his greatest scheme ever, Helmut masqueraded as Citizen V and led the Thunderbolts to public acclaim in order to conquer the world. In the end, he failed only because his cohorts desired to remain heroes and rebelled against him.

I’m an idiot I mixed up the swords while filming the review, the Walgreens figure has the *Brown* Handle 🗡
I love the colours of the classic style villians coming out. The red Skull is amazing. This zemo and dormamu all have great colours that really DO just POP at you! Will make for a very fun, colourful display

The thing about Dan is that he likes the way the colors of superhero and villains suits pop on the shelf, I was considering on getting this new awesome classic MARVEL LEGENDS Baron Zemo, But nah, I have Red Skull, But I do have to admit, he is awesome like I said, Thanks for the review Dan.

As Dan Who said should've come with 2 fists. He could've had the Red Skull/Dormammu grasping hands instead of the C-grip ones.
Hey Dan 👋, he does look great. Yes, the Walgreens Exclusive Legends figures are very hard to find in stores. I've been getting them off Ebay.
I hope you manage to get him for a good price.
I got this, and is an awesome figure… I know that 2022 is just beginning, but it seems that it will be one of my favorites of the year.

The boots are also from red skull not just the cuffs the legs are just old reused bucky cap stuff on this figure

Another solid review my friend. Mine should be arriving soon from the UK. It sucks having to pay double to get these Walgreens exclusives from overseas. Hasbro really needs to step up and do something to help American collectors get figures like this.
His colours and design are spot on, and he looks great with the 20th Cap. They've been nailing it with all the Big Marvel Bads overs the last year with him, Ultron and Red Skull. I hope some of the other Thunderbolt related characters get some love this year, cus Moonstone could use an update and I'd love to finally see an Atlas in Legend form.
Agreed, Villains been getting some love and I would also a new a Moonstone too 👌🏻
The new Zemo comes with the brown handled sword. I love the look of the classic one.

And fan, this Baron Zemo and a must in our collection. Especially that it reminds of Avengers earth's mightiest heroes cartoon when they combined classic Zemo with his son outfit which was his best incarnation who lived world war II till present day similar to Captain America (after being found and unfrozen)...
I never understood how that iteration of Heinrich Zemo is still young and so in shape for fighting in modern time?
Was he injected with some variation of the super soldier serum or something?
@uncanny dcmarvelous yeah something he was injected with a kind of super serum and when the acids fell on him kinda also made him ageless in earth mightiest heroes with disfigured face
Great review of a great-looking figure. Sadly, “Walgreens exclusive” is a bad joke for many collectors in the U.S. Maybe distribution and availability will be better this year, but I doubt it. Best case scenario, he’ll be released on Walgreens’ website nine months from now.
Agreed. I haven't even seen legends in my Walgreens since 2020!
@@Diesel0306 There are three Walgreens stores within 20 minutes of me, and none of them have gotten any new Legends since the Far From Home Molten Man BAF wave.
@@ryandaly01 there's 2 within 5 miles of me, and neither one has any legends figures. The last time I saw any, it was 5 or 6 of the yellow suit Daredevil, a black ant, and a few Medusas.
It's so frustrating that they make a figure this good and make it so hard to get. There are 8-12 Walgreens that I check semi-regularly and I haven't found a figure other than Medusa.
As far as I know, US still hasn't seen Quasar or Binary yet. I can't believe the Legends team hasn't discussed this in the slightest. This is a major issue and there's been 0 communication on the distribution.
@@fortressmattimus3984 I started collecting with the Walgreens Fantastic Four. Invisible Woman was my first figure. The store got ten of them, and I swear I must’ve been the only person who bought one. They had so many Sues just sitting on the shelf for well over a year. The same thing happened when they got Magik in stock: six or seven just sitting there unable to sell for months and months and months. So clearly there isn’t a huge market for these figures in my area. I kept wondering why they ordered so many. I’m not sure if that was part of the deal with Hasbro or how the cases were shipped. But I suspect that some of those stores got burned by so much over-ordering that they stopped completely.
Mine came in the mail yesterday, and I’m loving the figure. It’ll definitely be replacing that Winter Soldier in my display.

Nice! I live in a pretty big city and have a bunch of Walgreens in my area and still looking for Quasar and Binary, exclusives don't seem to be hitting anywhere in the US because I don't see a flux in scalper ebay listings. The ones by me are stocking the Tri sentinel BAF wave though HA!
Guess I'll give him one of Paladin's gold guns.

I actually own all the wrecking crew. They are really great figures but yes, with the improvements in technology since, they could very well do a fantastic job at remaking them and it would be so great to have them updated. As long as they do it properly and don't skimp out on accessories and sculpting the detail rather than painting it. If they paint rather than sculpt the detail, it will be a massive missed opportunity to make the wrecking crew come back with a BANG!!!

@@DanWhoReviews luckily there are very few walgreens exclusives released every year, and I don't need all of them. So the money for them isn't too bad, and it's usually cheaper than paying the ebay or mercari scalpers.

For those of you who don't know my name is Everett and I'm visually impaired completely that's why I was asking those questions
I'm quite satisfied with the older Zemo. Walgreens has been a pain here in NY. We just started to get the Quasar listed on their website. I'm not going out of my way to get this version if it proves too difficult to get. Walgreens should not get exclusive marvel legends.

Danny it's me Everett I just wanted to let you know that this is Baron henryk Zemo I think the father of Baron Helmut Zemo so the modern one is I think the Sun and then the new one is the father that's what I assume I think is that accurate
This is Helmut Zemo (the son) on his more classic costume/uniform.
What's the difference between the father Baron Zemo and this one is this supposed to be zimo wearing his father's classic outfit or did the father look different entirely I'm just curious and I'm visually impaired completely that's why I'm asking
