I love trying to find simple air fryer recipes. I too also only like shrimp sometimes, depending on what it's in, and also not a fan of sweet potatoes! I will definitely try the broccoli shrimp one sometime.

Hi Cathy, I made the Raman noodle recipe and improvised with great success.I wasn’t sure if you kept the water in, or if you used the flavour packet, so I drained most of the water and added the packet to the noodles. I used some imitation crab in place of the chicken and added a large sliced mushroom. When I put it back in the microwave to reheat a little, I threw in a handful of spinach to wilt. It was really delicious! Thanks for the great idea!
Love all your recipes. The recipe book is so well used. Wondered if you had ever made egg roll in a bowl in the Cosori Blaze. Seems to me it would be ideal!

Hi Kathy, I love your videos and I had just gotten two air fryers for Christmas and one of them is one that is on the recall list so it’s never been taken out of the box. It’s the CP158-AF do you know what one they are replacing it with? Have you got your replacement yet?
I am finding it difficult to decide whether to go for this particular 2 in 1 with a divider in the middle one or the other version where the instant vortex plus has two separate baskets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. And as always, great video.
Cathy, here’s my question: I have an Instant Pot Vortex Plus but it DOES NOT have a built-in basket. I ordered one on Amazon but the bottom and sides of it is not solid - it’s slotted through which liquids/small bits and pieces can fall through the openings. I have a solid pan in the bottom of the air fryer but I’m worried about liquid overflow. Can you suggest how I can handle this problem? Thanks!

I’m a senior and cooking for one person and I won’t use an air fryer with a non-stick finish. Help please!!!
Amazing as ever im definitely trying the meatball hash. I love the idea of the cheatsheets and appreciate the international option download. But as i have a Dual Blaze everything seems different because of that bottom element. Would the cheat sheet in your opinion be accurate for the Dual Blaze ?
Yes it will still apply! I find that the Dual Blaze maintains the heat well, but doesn't necessarily cook food faster... maybe by a minute? Which could be because I am no longer opening the air fryer to rotate food, so there is no heat loss.

I will have to inject some negativity here on your sponsor though......I tried Harrys, and their blades literally shredded my skin. They weren't sharp, smooth, or refined at all. It looked like my neck had been attacked by a cat! And I've used those dollar store razors before that were a bit harsh on me, but nothing like what Harrys did to me. I have to say thats a big negatory on Harrys. I do love that see thru pan on the Instant Vortex fryer!!!! I will have to look at those now.
I love watching your videos because they are useful, but I want you to explain in each recipe the temperature in Celsius as well, because we use it in the Middle East. I hope there will be a translation in Arabic to benefit more. Thank you.

Definitely will be trying most of these. Will skip the shrimp (gross), unless I switch it to something edible like chicken or beef. And won't be trying the last one, way too much chocolate there for our tastes. Absolutely adore Logan and his expressions. I don't know how he managed through that shrimp! >^..^
Good for him for even trying shrimp. 😁 He May grow to love it some day. BTW I still haven’t gotten a tracking number for my new Cosori. Thank goodness I bought my mini Cosori to use while I’m waiting. I guess I’ll have to cut up my spatchcocked chicken that I bought at Costco, in order to fit it in. Maybe two meals for two!

Not much luck on the potato, meat ball, peppers etc one. Potatoes too raw (crunchy) at these times. Need to do the "potato phase" longer and cut the pieces smaller until they are 99% done and then add the frozen meatballs and frozen pepper onion mix. Or...throw in a casserole and use the oven. 400º for about an hour.
I watch You Tube because I can SKIP the commercials and here you are hawking razor blades in the middle of your post. Ughhh. Doing a commercial on your program makes you appear needy AND greedy. Sorry.
Brings me back to all the whining moms crying because they had it so bad. Im seriously thinking multiple compact air fryers would be a good if not great remedy to dementia-opinion only not patented.

Sesame oil, nut allergic. Any substitute or will it work without the oil?
I'd just do olive or avocado oil. You'll just miss out on that flavor profile from the sesame... but should still taste amazing!
