    The reason mentioned behind #5 isn't the most important for own stay such as myself, especially during bubbling times like nowadays. I'd look for other factors like building issues, cleanliness, ownstay occupancy rate, crime rate, schools and conveniences.

    I really dont understand why malaysia government still dont want to act on this. Almost all property in malaysia are without strata title, u can count the property tht have one.
    And yet, the government still silent.
    Nowadays, investing in malaysia is really having uncertain future.

    Work, save, and live within your means always. Borrowing to buy a house will not make you a home owner, just a debt owner while the house depreciates.

    Malaysia, implementation of law is very weak.
    Today, hundred of developer still fail to get strata title on time even after 10 years. The one who suffer is the property owner. Property cant resell or refinance because bank dont want to give loan and developer just take their own sweet time to complete the strata. Some of them, even declare bancrupt.
    Come on malaysia government, when u gave license to developer, u dont think all this? And even today, u dont pinalize this awful developer?
    I love to buy property especially auction, but no more.
    Malaysia, a country where property investment doesnt make any return.
    Good job government..!!!
