Cricuts do infact cut through felt. I specifically got a cricut because I sell felt chibi dolls. Cutting the felt by hand hurt my wrist

@@AlexandriaLayne I got a cricut makers 3! It is very easy to use. It's creating your own designs that's a bit challenging
